update to ping hates me
Hi again,
So I compiled and booted a 2.0.36 kernel, and things are still grim. I can
still ping the Mac from the Linux box, and the Linux box still can't ping
itself. But I get a slightly different message when I do:
===
[root@dusk ~ ]# ping 192.168.0.1

Network is unreachable? So it isn't the mismatch of the kernel and net
utils after all...?
I *knew* I should have stuck with Windows...
