Here's a little bit for ya...

My printcap entry looks like this....:

lp:\
    :sd=/var/spool/lpd/lp:\
    :mx#0:\
    :sh:\
    :af=/var/spool/lpd/lp/acct:\
    if=/usr/lib/rhs/rhs-printfilters//smbprint:

Thats it...

Check your printcap for a line like:

    :hl:\

if you have it replace it with the supress header line:

    :sh:\

If you dont have it, try adding the :sh:\ anyhow...

Thats about all my knowledge of the subject, so I hope it helps...
