Re: [TCLUG:8945] Installfest was great



Joel,

As the sole Linux advocate in my office, I've frequently come against this
same sort of idea.  Most people simply DON"T NEED LINUX.  Plain and simple.
A pretty big group of folks certainly would enjoy it for the freedom, and
all the fun of learning, etc, but the vast majority of them can't understand,
and have no desire to learn more.

I really don't have anything to add to your statements, wanting merely to
affirm them as far as I am able...
