xntp3 bug?

I just noticed this after upgrading to the lastest xntp3.

Sep 19 23:28:53 time xntpd: xntpd startup succeeded
Sep 19 23:28:53 time xntpd[5522]: bind() fd 11, family 2, port 123, addr
e0000101, in_classd=1 flags=0 fails: Address already in use
                              ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I have done a  /etc/rc.d/init.d/xntpd stop and looked for other xntp process,
but got nothing.

Anyone know what could be listening on port 123?
