ld-linux process

I just installed Mandrake 6.1 the other day and now every once in a
while my load shoot up to over 1 (and CPU hit's 100%) for a few minutes
and then drops. I found the process:

top shows me:
  PID USER     PRI  NI  SIZE  RSS SHARE STAT  LIB %CPU %MEM   TIME
COMMAND

ps auwx shows me:

Anyone know why the shared library loader for glib20 is working so hard?
All I'm running is Netscape/enlightenment/gnome. Anyone else having this
problem?

OK. After killing Netscape the load dropped and the process went away. I
should have known it was a Netscape problem. Anyone else see this
happen?
