Ah ha! As the CVS admin here at SuperValu, this
question is right up my alley.  Don't worry - this is something
that every administrator of CVS runs into at one point
in their life.

CVS allows you to have as many --allow-root s as you want,
however, inetd limits the length of a command you can run
at (I think) 30 characters.  The way to get around this is to
have inetd run a shell script that contains the cvs command
with all the --allow-root(s) that you want.

Anyone know if there is a limit to the number of --allow--root when it comes
to using cvs on a remote server?
