I don't know for sure, but Acme Electronics on Washington Ave and (I think) 3rd
Ave N in Mpls sounds like a good place to look -- they have pretty much every
chip, semiconductor or other electronic component known to humankind.

It's in the warehouse district, right in the same general area as Deja Vu, Sex
World and that one place that "Rents Harley's" [sic]...
