Bob,
On that note, a few weeks ago I was contacted by Lighthouse
Communications. They are providers of custom badwidth solutions to companies
like the one I work for (medium sized). Looked to me like they will be our
first choice for a provider for medium scale bandwidth (T3's etc) and they
even go as high as DS3. Thier prices and support plan sounded really good too.
They want 2000.00 for hookup of a full T1 (Includes preconfigured router,
lucent i think) and a considerable IP block too. I am wanting to master my own
domain so this suits me fine. I would ideally like to provide net access to
our business without NAT if possible. I can give you some contact info if you
are interested.

Soundslike it might be time for a change, especially if it's affecting your
user/customer base. Feel free to rant to the list anytime, after all you DO
host it :-)
