I've had very good luck with the CDs from www.cd-recordable.com...  I
ordered 150 of them last summer, and when I noticed a problem with them a
few weeks ago (they were sticky and attracted dust) they replaced the 80
discs I sent back (30 of which had been recorded) with 100 new discs.  They
also have a photo tour of their factory... :)  (They say that they are the
only remaining U.S.-based CD-R factory...)

For pricing, they seem very good.  In lots of 100, it works out to ~$0.74
each, less if you buy more.  They will also allow you to establish a credit
line so you can use purchase orders to pay for things...
