I ordered IDSL from Phoenix Networks the end of last month. They
installed the ISDN line yesterday and are coming out to hook it up
Friday. From what I've heard it depends a lot on USWest because they
control the CO's.

I've also heard good and bad about their service. I'm keeping my fingers
crossed.
