new LILO version

        since we were talking about it recently, take a look.

they say they finally removed the 1024-cylinder limit. however, it mentions
something about "EDD BIOS extensions"... whatever these are, my 486s
probably don't have them. ;> (then again, my $3 NEC 486s won't recognize
>512MB HDDs anyway... ;> )
