Ahh, so we're back to the telnet vs ssh debate again. DISABLE TELNETD! Purge
it from your system! Keep the client around...it can be a useful debugging
tool. The most common argument for not disabling telnet is access from any
machine. All windows machines have a telnet program, ssh is an add on
product.

better support for color and stuff though, you can hack teraterm to be
decent though. generally involves running everything in screen.)
I used to have a ssh client (and an X-server) on my zip disk. Was rather
useful around campus. (faster than a floppy too.) Other labs probally have
tighter security though.
Can't remember the mac clients...sorry.
