Heh, guess what?  The Registrar didn't even say 500--only 400!

Very true.  Although I really have a hard time believing that IBM
carries equal blame with PeopleSoft..  Then again, IBM has screwed up
plenty of times in the past (EduQuest? *barf* ;-)
