Actually, given the previous response times, I's say the user makes a
transaction an average of every 15-30 minutes ;)

Everything I've ever read (both in the daily and on the OneStop site) put
that figure as "200 USERS" not "200 transactions". But, who
knows. Whenever you pass technical issues through non-technical people,
information gets lost...

Also, if you don't believe the users figure, go check out these pages and
do the math yourself...:

http://www.irr.umn.edu/stix/fall99/f99level.pdf - gives total number of
users (aka students) U-wide: 60,000. 50,000 Undergrads; 10,000 grads.

http://onestop.umn.edu/Enrollment/queue-00.html - divides the registration
into sections.
