VXA tape?

I noticed this companies ad on fm.  They have a drive that will do
12/24Gb or 33/66Gb (native/compressed) for around $1k, the media is
abour $70-$80 for the 66Gb tapes.

Anyone have any comments on these?  I don't know much about backup
drives - can anyone tell me if these are any good?  Specs are available
