     If you want minimum fuss, use cdparanoia on the cli to
rip the tracks to .wav, then bladeenc on the cli to compress
it into mp3 format.  Pretty easy to do.

    Depends on what they mean by server.  Could be ftp,
which is what most people do, or if they have streaming then
it's probably icecast or whatever it's called.
