By chance, when I ordered my box last year, it came with a three button ps/2
mouse.  It also came with some windows software for doing some nutty things with
the middle button.  Anyway, I imagine this thing is cheap as heck, and it works
real swell like.

It's a Genius "EasyMouse+ PS/2"

This middle button is shaped funny, oblong and raised just a tad (to look like a
wheel?), but I kind of like it.
