I got an Adaptec 2906 PCI which is their cheapest one (AFAIK) and it works
like a charm. I've got a 2GB drive, SCSI Zip, Exabyte tape, CD-ROM, and
Umax 600s hanging off it. Once in a great while I get a SCSI buss reset
error, usually when scanning, but that hasn't happened in months, so I am
almost ready to say it works perfectly.
