I remember seeing something about web jetadmin.. but forget what it was
all about.. you really don't need jetadmin at all.. the box sets IP
address via bootp or dhcp.  and all you have to do with linux is add it to
your printcap.. I just played with cups.. but it seems to be way
behind.. nad if you want it better.. you have to use the commercial
version. (for drivers other than deskjet, or laserjet)
otherwise, you can just set it up as a BSD lpr spool.  here's my config:

lp|Generic dot-matrix printer entry:\
        :rm=printer:\
        :rp=:\
        :sd=/var/spool/lpd/lp:\
        :af=/var/log/lp-acct:\
        :lf=/var/log/lp-errs:\
        :mx#0:\
        :sh:

printer is the hostname of our laserjet. :)
