My ISP is Sound Internet.  They're located at somewhere around 2xxx University
Ave in St. Paul...  I've never had a single problem with them.  I have my
own domainname and they had all my DNS entries through within about 12 hours.
They rock!  Check 'em out at www.scc.net.
