Subject: [TCLUG:15434] Yet another country `bans' windows

Well, if this is to be believed, Russia has now banned the use of
Microsoft operating systems in their army. This _could_ be an April
Fool's joke, but I doubt it (Netscape's View->Page Info gives a
timestamp of March 30th). IF it is wrong, it's more likely just a
miscommunication like the whole ``China bans Windows!'' fiasco of a few
months ago..

If anyone can find some reliable information that would be great (I'd do
it myself, but I don't speak/read Russian).

The Times says they got the information from Lenta.Ru
[http://www.lenta.ru/], but I have no idea how reliable that
organization is..
