	I was reading  in the latest Linux Journal that there is a
compression algorithm for X that gets about a 4x average compression and a
top of 10x compression of the X protocol across the network.  The article
goes on to say that it enables a user to run xterm across a 28.8 modem (if
I'm not mistaken)

	AFAIK, this is impossible with the Win32 API.
