Unfriendly Linux Gift

Greet the sun all,

I received my Xmas gift from my wife early this year.  She had looked at
the editor's choice in my PCMagazine for a printer recommendation and
purchased a HP712C.  Okay, the thing is build for Windows, in terms of
control like cleaning catridges (groan).  That isn't a big problem since it
is hooked up to a dual boot NT/RH5.1 system.  I can just boot to NT when I
need to do maintenance. My question: I tried some of the DeskJet drivers in
the printtool with no luck.  The printtool sees the printer on lp1 but I
cannot find a driver to talk to it.  Do any of the drivers that come with
RH5.1 work with an HP DeskJet 7XX or does anybody know of a site where I
can look for a possible driver?
