These are normal.  Did I include a typescript of a normal installation
with the kit?  If so, have a look at it.

If you can figure out whether this is fixed by later version of
autoconf,
then we shouldn't need to do anything much to have it fixed permanently.

Which compiler?  Which platform?  I thought gcc had no trouble with it.

Your install.sh is running the programs!  Stop it from doing that.
Puck is supposed to run forever.
