It comes from
basepdefs.h:#define RCMD "/usr/bin/X11/xon"
and is used in the basepractice server for starting robots in the background
and possibly on an other host.
While we are on that topic. The basepractice server default requires to
be able to run this command to localhost. On a standard configured Linux
box this fails due to a missing localhost entry in /etc/hosts.equiv
As a solution we may either add localhost,
modify the ROBOTHOST .sysdef variable
or even change the robot startup method.
