Well, ideally we should run it periodically from netrekd (aka
newstartd), but in the meanwhile we should use cron.
I'll start the name change from newstartd to netrekd (once CVS works for
me) ... newstartd isn't new any more. I'd like the init.d script to be
netrekd to keep it away from the concept of a client machine ... there
are people out there who will start "netrek" because they think they
need it to play on our servers.
