netrek.org under guardian?

Is the netrek.org under guardian protection?

I ask, because we had several clients whose domain names got hi-jacked because
they used just MAIL-FROM.

I cannot seem to figure out how to determine if the domain is protected or
not, so I am posting here to make sure it is PGP protected.

Anyone?
