When you say switched-56 on the Pipeline, is that a BRI line with the data
service set to 56K on the connection profile ? I assume you are not referring
to 56K DOSBS (voice)....
The most likely causes are that the call is being presented to the MAX as a
"voice" type call - which the MAX routes to modems by default, or the MAX
has Ans 1# set on one/all of the modem slot mod configs ?
