I *think* so.  Have you tried talking to Bell Atlantic, here on Long Island? Before they (NYNEX) merged with Bell Atlantic, they had no clue about ISDN.  Bell Atlantic in New Jersey was MUCH better.  Since the merger, things here on Long Island have not gotten better.

They tell me that it's provisioned correctly, but I can't look myself . . .

Yes, I suppose you could say that.  Why do you ask?
Is this a hardware thing (broken box) or a software/configuration thing?
