If you want customer service, talk to a sales rep or phone the appropriate 800 number. This is an "unofficial" list. I, and many others, appreciate the sometimes frank and open "discussions" that take place here between customers, potential customers and competitors of Ascend, and a limited number of Ascend people. Note the presence of Livingston, Cisco, Bay etc on this list.

If you want respect here - earn it.

Then Ascend don't sell a product that you need, and the GRF just happens to do the job, but for too much money.
