(ASCEND) Assistance with Filters

i have 2 seperate clients.... one with a p50, one with an 1800

I need to block all port 80 (web) OUTGOING (hmm why not incoming) traffic
from a range of IP addresses... for example 203.xx.xx.21-79 which is the
ip range of our 60 dialups.

its a similar situation for the p50 customer... need to block 203.xx.xx.20-49
and 203.xx.xx.60-89 which are their 60 dialups.

both clients have a seperate ISDN link for PROXY/web traffic and i want to
stop ALL web related traffic on these ascends so they can be used for normall
traffic... i want to FORCE users to use the squid servers available.

Ive tried to understand filters... but the manual is useless, and the web
searching has produced little of use.

 anyone able to help?
