(ASCEND) What's with the SPAM (fwd)

Sure, they can make it a members only list and force people to send from
the address they subscribe under.

Which is how I run ALL of the lists I run, or have run, and spam problems
are almost compeltely non-existent.

Before I took over the Livingston lists they were open like this one, and
had the same spam issues.  When I closed them *bam* it stopped.
