Are you sure this is not a configuration problem?  Have you checked to
make sure that the "Filter Persistence" parameter is set to be "Yes"?

  Ethernet>Connections>[name]>Session options...>Filter Persistence

If not, you might try setting the Filter Persistence.

What version of sofware are you using on the MAX 1800?
