I had this same problem. Generally the Telco will provision the second SPID
with no features. Set this SPID as your primary and the other as your
secondary. Assuming that you set your DATA option as A+B, when the Pipe
makes a call it will use A, then add B. The ACO option is probably on the
primary SPID, so place it in the B position. Calls coming in will preempt
the B channel and it will work. It does for me.
Oh remember to plug your POTS into the #2 jack.
You mileage may vary on this one, but I have installed several of these
units. Until recently I had no use for the voice feature. With the help of
BellSouth ( isn't is amazing what RBOC's will do sometimes ), we got this
feature working on all the pipes correctly. I only wish that they were as
useful in diagnosing PRI's and DAX problems.
