(ASCEND) Caller ID Costing

Can someone tell me the cost of Caller ID in their Area for their circuits.
I live in New Zealand and Telecom New Zealand here.. want to charge 1c/call
(about 0.5US/call)
for sending the information. I want to know if this is a little excessive
compared to the rest of the world.
This will costs us about an extra $1000 US or more per Month For just Caller
ID information.!!!!
We have R2 Circuits here.. Will the Max pick the information up from these
(not normal E1 PRI's)
