What is the progress code?  That information will go a long way to helping 
understand where the user in when the disconnect occurs.

Hi,
Was wondering if anyone had any idea.

We have a user who has connections for very low times (1-5minutes), and is
always being disconnected with code 185.  This is the second modem he has
tried, Telstra has checked the phone line, there is no other devices on the
line etc etc.  Anyone have any ideas?
