Re: (ASCEND) TNT: series 1 vs series 2 modem cards
This was something that ascend e-mailed me (but pay attention to my remark in
the end):

so far so good, BUT i had 1 new card, with 4 old ones, and the TNT heated like
mad.with seconds. the ventilators stopped working. and i had to unplug the TNT.
so, when the say: " However, Ascend
> RECOMMENDS that if you install any Series56-3 cards, you should replace
> the existing power supply with a new high-output power supply " they mean
replace it anyway.
