(ASCEND) Big Files

Does anybody knows about this?

Some of my customers with P50 tell me that when they download big files
from sites in the Internet, let's say an 8MB file, after downloading 1MB or
2 the connection stops.
I do not have any filer.
The P50 are doing NAT nicely (6.09)

Any idea?
