Agreed, the sales rep can really help, though I have made a few friends in
TAC also. I also have never had a support contract and have gotten along
famously. The day has come though where my trusted sales rep has decided
the company has gone to shit and left though. I think that says it all
right there... I figure it won't take long before Lucent aquires the
deserved reputation and starts loosing customers en masse.
