(ASCEND) what happens when TNT's are UNstacked?

I currently have a stack of 3 TNT's. We have two T3's feeding into the
stack (768 lines enabled) and have discovered that we have oversubscribed
the stack. Thus, it is time to split the stack up into a stack of
2 TNT's, plus a stand-alone TNT.

My question is, what will happen with the configs on the TNT's
when I unstack them? That stack of 2 will contain what is now the
master, and one slave. My hope is that the config will pretty much
stay the same on this stack.

The unit that I am splitting off to become a stand-alone unit will
need to be changed from slave to master. Will I have to reconfigure
this one from scratch? Any little tricks to get around this, such as
restoring the saved config from the original stack?

These boxes are used strictly for dialin, so the primary config
parameters that I'm concerned with are things like:
  RADIUS client configuration
  IP address for ethernet iface
  parameters for T3/T1's
  PPP address pools
  etc.

If anyone has any experience with this sort of thing, I would
greatly appreciate any information that you can contribute.

Thanks!
