(ASCEND) URGENT! Troubleshooting a Telco Problem -- Is it me or them?



Anyone been down this road before?

We had a PRI group of 5 trunks functioning perfectly....

THEN, the local telco began turning up member 6, 7 and 8

Instantly, we began having problems with the whole system.... Busy signals
would fade in and out. Trunks 3 and 4 would grant calls then kick the users
off within minutes..... Trunk 5 would come up, grant calls until about 20
B channels were full, then reset, turn to zeros and then begin taking rings
again.

The telco has questioned my wiring, my equipment and my competence.  I've
thrown different maxes at the problem, even hauled a different machine in
to cover the first two trunk groups in line. Last night the trunks went up
and down all night.

Anyone have any advice as to where to start troubleshooting this ????
