RE: (ASCEND) Max 6000 problems.
For flunky ethernet ports on the 6000 - try that filter wire they box with
them - the stalling ethernet has something to do with which wire put out
which polarity. For the other issues, I dont trust 8.0 - I couldnt even
get finger to work, so all my boxes run 6.1.7
