RE: (ASCEND) Dialing to Max 6000 using a IOS Router

Remember to check the IOS version for the cisco 1600,
earlier versions do not support the 
  ip address negotiated 
line.  This is part of EasyIP and is in IOS 11.3 onwards.
For earlier IOS, you will need to use static IP address
allocation rather than dynamic.
