I did pull everything out, including drives, memory, etc., just trying to
hear a single beep or something. There are very few jumpers on this
motherboard. They basically just do the settings for the CPU. (I'm sure
the settings are right.) There isn't any onboard video on this machine. 

I did just notice that the keyboard lights flash when I turn on the power.
I check for loose screws...no improvement.
