Newbie problem - Upgraded to RH6 Telnet went AWOL

Everything seems OK with the upgrade to RH6, but can't telnet
into this new install from another computer.

Telnet was working under v 5.0.

I'm so new at this I don't have any idea what's wrong. It's not the
telnet app, because it works on other servers. It shows that it's
connected but I get no response or characters in the telnet
window. My ignorant guess is that something is not setup
right on the Linux box.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
