C Header Files

For a while now I've been having problems with Header files since I
upgraded my kernel, when ever I try to compile Tarballs, I get a  ton of
Include errors, I resolved some of the issues by locating the files in my
system and copying them to the respective directory locatiions in
/usr/include, But now when I'm trying to compile qpopper, and It can't
find a whole bunch of header files, I looked through my filesystems, but
to no avail.  The files it can't find are:  All have a /usr/include prefex
sys/ndir.h
sys/dir.h
proto.h
sys/security.h
sys/netinet/in.h
net/errno.h
maillock.h
dbm.h

	Anyone have any ideas where I can find these files or where I can
DL them from?  I'm running RH Linux 5.1 w/ 2.2.7, Stock GCC, I tried to
get the new one, but it also refused to compile!  On a P75 w/ 16MB RAM,
and 256 MB swap space, 2 1GB hd's and 1 800MB.  Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
