RE: [TCLUG:3860] Forced file perms



no way that I know of.. the only way I can think of is to do something like
read-only the drive.. but that wouldn't be good for storing files to :)

i thought it was a generally accepted unix thing to leave file permision
writing to the app that is writing the file?
