Yes!
To all who made suggestions and gave assistance, we thank you from the very 
bottom of our kernels.

We found the line that Chris was refering to, changed the line, rebooted, 
and it worked!  WooHoo!  
The line that worked was:
    FORWARD_IPV4="yes"
         in the file /etc/sysconfig/network

And now we have a happy network.  Thanks again to all!
