Looking through my Wired, I came across an ad for OnStream 30GB drives (2:1
compression, though, so they're only 15GB..)  Seems to be a decent price ($300
for drive and $15-30 per disk).  I imagine their stuff only works in Windows,
but I can't really tell (their website, http://www.onstream.com/easy, is
_really_ slow -- they have a phone number, though, 1-800-759-4621 extension 210)

If it works with Linux, it looks like a good option.  Otherwise, well..
