i have an In-Win ATX A500 case right now and have been pretty pleased with it.
it is incredibly easy to get the m/b out so that you can work on it if you
need to, or if you need to get it out of the way so you can work on your drive
bays.  its fairly well ventilated (sp?) also.  as far as a local supplier,
last time i was at general nanosystems i saw a few sitting on their table
just inside the door, so you could try there.
